I heard that crazy drumroll

A six-strong band from Sydney, The City Lights play the familiar Sydney sounding indie rock record. This is because the band contain members from Youth Group, Rocket Science and Peabody, and was recorded in Big Jesus Burger studios in Surry Hills. After touring their last record in Spain they got all inspired with the country and have named this new album El Sol. ‘Everyone Out’ is their first single from the album.

A Screw (Holy Money) - Swans
Flipper - Graf+XYZ
Red Money - David Bowie
Blonde Darlings - Airport & Dean

Skipping Sly & The Family Stone's 'Luv 'n' Haight', though I might be able to dig something up on the Ubiquity imprint, and going straight to the raw emotions this week on Join the Dots. No shortage of love songs, of course, but there are a few brutal hating ones too.

Animal Waves - Can

Angelino Heights is in my opinion of the best places to live in LA.
